Items such as finding a lot, designing the architecture, picking the home’s finishes, changing items mid-construction and weather delays are all activities that could affect the construction’s timeline. An average custom construction timeline is 11-14 months so plan using these numbers but know that it could be faster or longer depending on the circumstances.

There are a few options depending on your construction timeline and all will be discussed prior to execution. For budgeting purposes, plan on a down payment of about 25% of the total project cost (lot and construction).
Yes! Mission Home Builders stands behind our work and will provide a comprehensive third-party warranty to cover the structure of your home and all systems. All appliances and major components (HVAC, tankless water heaters, etc.) will be brand new and have manufacturer warranties that can be registered.
Absolutely. At Mission Home Builders, we believe you should feel connected to your home every step of the way.
– You’ll have access to our in-house software where you can check progress, view photos, and see upcoming milestones at any time.
