There are a few options depending on your construction timeline and all will be discussed prior to execution. For budgeting purposes, plan on a down payment of about 25% of the total project cost (lot and construction).

Does our new construction home come with a warranty?

Yes! Mission Home Builders stands behind our work and will provide a comprehensive third-party warranty to cover the structure of your home and all systems. All appliances and major components (HVAC, tankless water heaters, etc.) will be brand new and have manufacturer warranties that can be registered.

Will I receive updates on my new build?

Absolutely. At Mission Home Builders, we believe you should feel connected to your home every step of the way.

– You’ll have access to our in-house software where you can check progress, view photos, and see upcoming milestones at any time.

– Our team will personally touch base with you at least every other week to review what’s been completed and what’s ahead.

– Have a question in between? You can reach out directly to our CEO or any member of our team.

– And of course, you’re welcome to walk the site whenever you’d like. After all, it’s your home.
